Change Requests

Defects & Damage

All personalized customized orders are manufactured and packaged for shipment as carefully as possible. If shipping damage occurs, notify us within three (3) days of receipt with clear photos showing the damaged item and the waybill in one (1) frame or picture. Approved shipping claims can only be refunded but not replaced.
